Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship Your Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the dolls are securely packed to maintain their handcrafted quality during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new cuddle+kind friend within 5-7 business days.
